Unleased, LLC ("Unleased," "we," "us") operates gounleased.com, a marketplace for lease takeovers and subleases. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
• Listing and transaction information: details about units you list, bids and offers you place, applications you submit, and payments you make. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Verification documents: documents you upload to verify a lease or complete an application.
• Usage information: log data, device and browser information, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used.

How we use information

• To operate the marketplace: listings, auctions, applications, and payments.
• To send transactional notifications about your account and activity (email and, if you opt in, text messages).
• To verify identities, leases, and listings, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

SMS / text message program

• If you opt in, we send text messages about your own account activity: outbid alerts, auction results, application deadline reminders, payment issues, and status updates on your listing. We do not send marketing texts.
• No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data are shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) to deliver the messages you requested.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also turn off text notifications in Account Settings.
• Consent to receive texts is optional and never a condition of using Unleased.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Unleased (payment processing by Stripe, hosting and data storage, email and SMS delivery), with property managers when you submit an application or bid on their listing, and when required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account in Account Settings or by contacting us. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted to what each system needs.

Your choices

• Update your profile and notification preferences in Account Settings.
• Opt out of texts at any time (STOP or Account Settings).
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
