General
Unleased is a marketplace for lease takeovers and subleases. Tenants can browse listings, bid in transparent auctions, or buy now; property managers can list units and fill vacancies faster.
For tenants
Each listing can run a transparent auction. You place a bid and can see the current standing; if a Claim Now price is set, you can also lock the lease instantly.
Browsing and bidding are free. Fees, if any, are shown clearly before you commit to a lease.
After winning, you submit an application with verified documents. Once approved, you take over the lease and move in.
For property managers
Head to the Properties page and register your organization. Our team reviews every registration before your organization goes live, after which you can add properties and publish listings.
